The Project

I had the pleasure of working with Lillooet Brewing Co. to design their beer labels back in 2020. In 2024, they reached out to me looking for help with updating the design and to help format the files to make it easier to use it as a template for future labels.

The theme for their beer lineup is Lillooet's wildlife, which they already had the art for all the animals created by Scott Partridge, an artist known for his geometric animal illustrations. It was my job to take these illustrations and other graphical elements he designed to create the layout of the label. After the initial 2020 lineup, they brought me back to help out with the White Bark Pine Glolden Ale label!

Tweaks and Nuances

After running with the label designs for 4 years, the team at LBC knew what improvements they wanted to make and didn't want to stray too far from the existing design language. Sections like the details, ingredients and QR code got some minor tweaks.
