Is My iPhone 17 Pro Max Better than my Mirrorless Camera?

I went out for a walk to practice filming with my Sony a6400 again after mainly using it for photography outdoors and didn't realize how much I found it to be kinda cumbersome compared to filming on my iPhone 17 Pro Max.
