I started Sights Set Elsewhere as a place to share my work without having to rely on addictive social media platforms that train their AI models on my content and effort.

SSE has quickly become more than just a place to share photos. I'm still figuring it out, and the best way to understand what it is- is to build it along the way and let it take shape!

I made my own photo grid called Snaps! I can post whatever photos I want, and if a photo is part of an album, it'll be linked so you can check it out.
It feels so good to have a home online for my photos! Albums can be as long as I want them to, no post limit of 20 here. Documenting places and experiences great, but what good is it if they are just a bunch of files tucked away on a hard drive?
Here is where I'll post about my photography, travels and things I find interesting. Curious to see how this develops over time!
